U-type screw conveyor

1、 Screw conveyor
The rotating spiral blade moves the material and carries on the screw conveyor transportation. The force that makes the material not rotate with the screw conveyor blade is the material weight and the friction resistance of the screw conveyor shell to the material. For spiral blades welded on the rotating shaft of screw conveyor, the surface types of blades include solid surface, belt surface, blade surface, etc. A thrust bearing is provided at the end of the screw shaft of the screw conveyor in the direction of material movement to give the axial reaction force to the screw along with the material. When the length of the machine is long, the middle hanging bearing should be added.
2、 Classification
1) Vertical screw conveyor
The rotating speed of the screw body of the vertical screw conveyor is higher than that of the ordinary screw conveyor. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the friction force between the material and the shell is generated, which prevents the material from rotating with the spiral blade and overcomes the gravity of the material falling, thus realizing the vertical transportation of the material. This machine has small conveying capacity, small conveying height, high speed and high energy consumption. It is especially suitable for conveying fine granular materials with good fluidity. It is mainly used for lifting materials, and the lifting height is generally no more than 8m.
(2) Horizontal screw conveyor
When the material is added into the fixed slot, due to the gravity of the material and the friction between the material and the slot, the material accumulated in the lower part of the slot does not rotate with the screw body, but only moves forward under the driving of the rotating screw blade, just like the non rotating nut makes translation movement along the rotating screw, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying materials. The machine is convenient for multi-point loading and unloading, and can complete mixing, mixing or cooling functions at the same time during conveying. It is sensitive to overload and easy to be blocked; it has crushing loss to materials. The structure of horizontal screw conveyor is simple, which is convenient for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. It is suitable for horizontal or slight inclined (below 20 & ordm; below) continuous and uniform transportation of loose materials. The working environment temperature is - 20 - + 40 ℃, and the conveying material temperature is - 20 - + 80 ℃. Its speed is lower than that of the vertical conveyor. It is mainly used for conveying materials horizontally or at a small angle, and the conveying distance is generally no more than 70 meters.
(3) Spiral pipe (roller conveyor) conveyor
The spiral pipe conveyor is welded with continuous spiral blades in the cylindrical shell, and the shell and spiral blades rotate together. Due to the centrifugal force and friction force, the added materials rotate together with the shell and are lifted, and then slide down the spiral surface under the gravity of the materials, so that the materials rotate together with the spiral tube, so as to realize the forward movement of the materials, just as the non rotating screw moves along the rotating screw nut, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
At the same time, the material can enter the mixing point with low energy consumption, and the material can not enter into the mixing point with low cost. It is suitable for horizontal transportation of high-temperature materials; it has good adaptability for materials with high temperature, uneven feeding, anti crushing and anti pollution requirements, and multi-point loading and unloading process. The practice has proved that the effect is good when transporting cement clinker, dry limestone, phosphate rock, ilmenite powder, coal and slag.
The particle size of the material fed from the end feed port shall not be greater than 1 / 4 of the screw diameter; the particle size of the material fed from the middle feed port shall not be greater than 30mm. In order to ensure that the cylinder does not deform, the feeding temperature must be controlled below 300 ℃. The wear of blade and trough is serious when the machine transports materials with high grindability. The screw conveyor designed in this paper is mainly used for conveying silicon powder, and its grinding property is very large, so it is not suitable to use spiral pipe conveyor.
(4) Flexible screw conveyor
The screw spindle of the machine is flexible, so the conveying line can be arranged according to the space curve according to the need. According to the design principle of vertical and horizontal section of the screw conveyor, the vertical and horizontal sections are designed according to different working principles.
It is used for the occasions where the conveying line needs to be arranged arbitrarily according to the space curve to avoid material transfer; when there are too many materials or hard block materials in the shell, the screw will float freely, and there will be no blocking phenomenon; the noise is low. It is mainly used for horizontal and vertical conveying of materials at the same time. In vertical transportation, the rotating speed should be higher than 1000r / min.
3、 Scope of application
Spiral machine is widely used in various industries, such as building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal mine carbon, grain and other industries. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined transportation of powder, granular and small pieces of materials, such as coal mine, ash, slag, cement, grain, etc., and the material temperature is less than 200 ℃. Screw machine is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to deteriorate, sticky and caking. In the concrete mixing station, the role of screw conveyor has been greatly reflected
Chain plate screw conveyor is widely used in food, beverage, chemical industry and other industries. Compared with other types of hoists, it has the advantages of saving floor space and continuous conveying.
Model structure

A screw conveyor usually consists of driving device (what kind of drive device is used for GX screw conveyor? If conditions permit, the driving device can be placed at the discharge end, because the drive device and the discharge outlet are more reasonable to be installed in the head section (with thrust bearing assembly), the screw can be in the tension state. Each part of the head, middle and tail segments has several different lengths. The arrangement order of each spiral joint can follow the principle of arranging in sequence according to the length of spiral joint and arranging the same specification of spiral joint together. The installation starts from the head and proceeds in sequence. In the general layout, attention should be paid not to make the base and discharge port arranged at the flange of the casing joint, and the feed inlet should not be arranged above the hanging bearing.
GX screw conveyor can be divided into s system method and D system method according to different application requirements
S system method --- spiral with solid helical surface, whose pitch is equal to 0.5-1 times of diameter.
D method --- spiral with ribbon helix whose pitch is equal to diameter.
The installation of GX type screw conveyor at the place of use must be carried out properly and meet the requirements of the technical conditions.
Installation and debugging
1. Before installing GX screw conveyor, check all parts and remove dirt.
2. The foundation of screw conveyor shall be poured 20 days before formal installation, and the foundation shall be firm and reliable to ensure sufficient stability of the machine during operation.
3. According to the general drawing of the equipment and the serial numbers of each screw joint, cover and casing, the screw conveyor is arranged in order, and the driving device and coupling are installed.
4. The casing assembly shall be in accordance with:
(1) The longitudinal length and straightness are allowed to be 1.4mm
(2) The allowable difference of horizontal levelness is 1 / 500.
(3) The connection of the casing shall be tightly fitted without gap.
(4) The shell and the base should be well padded.
(5) The clearance between the shell wall and the screw on both sides should be equal, the allowable difference is 2mm, and the allowable difference of the bottom clearance is ± 2mm.
5. The surface between two adjacent casings shall not have significant height at the joint.
6. After all sections of the screw machine are adjusted properly, the foundation bolts shall be tightened.
7. The low-speed shaft of the driving device and the front connecting shaft of the screw machine shall be concentric, and the floating coupling shall be adopted. The parallel deviation shall not exceed 1 / 100 and the displacement deviation shall not exceed 0.2 mm.
8. All connecting bolts shall be tightened to a reliable degree and adjusted.
9. The bolts of the screw machine shall not be clamped and bent, and the shaft bearing shall not be clamped.
10. In order to adjust the accumulated error of the length between the casing and the screw, asbestos tape is allowed to be padded between the flange of each casing during installation, and the waterproof canvas can be padded between the casing and the machine cover (the gasket can not be added when the sealing requirement is not high).
11. When there is an infinite difference between the center height of the low-speed shaft of the reducer of the driving device and the height of the central shaft of the screw machine, the height of the driving device can be adjusted by using the gasket.
12. After the final assembly is completed and before the no-load test run, all parts shall be lubricated to check the correctness of electrical wiring, whether there are tools left in the casing and whether the screw is stuck.
13. Before start-up, the screw should be turned by hand for several weeks to make sure there is no obstruction. For the first start-up, it should be stopped as soon as it is opened. After several experiments, observe the actions of each part, and then it can be formally operated.
14. Attention shall be paid to the following points during 2 hours of no load test run:
(1) Whether the operation is stable and reliable.
(2) No oil leakage is allowed for thrust bearing and plain bearing
(3) The temperature rise of each bearing shall not exceed 20 ℃
(4) All fastening parts shall not be loose.
(5) Idle power shall not exceed 30% of rated power.
At the same time, the installation and adjustment of GX screw conveyor should meet the following requirements:
1. Good coaxiality should be maintained between the center line of the trough and the screw shaft. ?
2. The joint of each section of the material trough should be tight without dislocation. The gasket can be added between the section and the section, between the top cover and the material groove, so as to ensure the sealing of the material groove. At the same time, the length error of the material groove can be adjusted. ?
3. The gap between the inner wall of the chute and the surrounding area of the spirochete should be equal. ?
4. The shaft of driving device and screw shaft should keep good coaxiality. The height of the driving device can be adjusted with the aid of gasket. ?
5. After the spirochete is installed, the static balance test should be carried out. ?
6. The intermediate suspension bearing should support the connecting shaft reliably and properly to avoid radial deformation of the screw shaft. The installation can meet the requirements by adjusting the gasket between bearing shells. ?
7. After the installation of the whole machine, check whether there are foreign matters in the machine and whether the lubricating parts are filled with sufficient lubricating oil. ?
8. During no-load test run, the bearing shall not leak oil, and the bearing temperature rise shall not exceed 20 ℃. During the load test run, the temperature rise of bearing shall not exceed 30 ℃.
Maintenance
(1) Procedures that need to be familiar with and followed by relevant personnel of GX screw conveyor operation:
1. Each machine shall be operated and maintained by special personnel, and other personnel shall not start without authorization.
2. Preparation before start-up:
(1) Check whether the wires and switches are in good condition;
(2) Check whether the fasteners (foundation bolts, casing connecting bolts, intermediate shaft connecting bolts, etc.) are loose.
(3) Check whether lubricating oil is added to each lubricating point according to regulations.
(4) Whether the screw is stuck.
3. In order to prevent starting overload, the screw conveyor must ensure no-load starting, that is, when there is no conveying material in the shell, the material can be transported after starting.
4. When stopping, the material must be unloaded and then stopped, that is, stop feeding first and then stop to ensure the next no-load starting.
5. The feeding should be even, so as not to cause the material to accumulate in the hanging bearing.
6. The transported materials shall not be mixed with hard bulk materials, so as to prevent the screw from stopping and damaging the machine.
7. Check the working state of the machine frequently and pay attention to whether the fastening parts are loose.
8. If the bolt is cut off, it should be corrected immediately.
9. The cover should not be removed to avoid accidents. The operator can only open any cover if he needs to inspect the internal conditions
(2) The maintenance of GX screw conveyor should adopt three-level maintenance system
1. The purpose of routine maintenance is to keep the parts in good condition.
2. First level maintenance: after three months of continuous operation, the purpose is to check its integrity, prevent excessive wear and prolong the service life of parts.
