1、 Screw conveyor product description
Screw conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying equipment widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, grain and mechanical processing departments.
From the perspective of material displacement direction, screw conveyor is divided into horizontal screw conveyor and vertical screw conveyor. It is mainly used for horizontal transportation and vertical lifting of various loose materials, such as powder, granular and small pieces. This machine is not suitable for conveying special materials which are easy to deteriorate, sticky, caking or high temperature, pressure fear and corrosion.
? Screw conveyor is generally composed of conveyor body, material inlet and outlet and driving device; screw blade of screw conveyor has three forms: solid spiral surface, belt type spiral surface and blade spiral surface. Among them, blade type spiral surface is relatively less used, mainly used for conveying materials with high viscosity and compressibility. This type of screw suspension surface, in the process of completing the conveying operation, is the same With and complete the material mixing, mixing and other functions.
Compared with other conveying equipment, screw conveyor has the advantages of small cross-section, good sealing performance, stable and reliable operation, multi-point loading and unloading, safe operation and easy maintenance.
The ambient temperature of screw conveyor is usually - 20 ~ 50 ℃; among them, the temperature of conveying materials of horizontal screw conveyor should be less than 200 ℃; the inclination angle of conveyor should be less than 20 ℃; the conveying distance is generally less than 40m, and the maximum conveying distance is not more than 70m. For vertical screw conveyor, the temperature of conveying materials is generally not more than 80 ℃, and the vertical lifting height is not more than 8m.
In view of the application scope and functional characteristics of screw conveyor, the user should fully consider, make overall consideration and reasonably select according to the use environment and conveying material conditions, so as to avoid unnecessary trouble and loss.
Screw conveyor is a national standard product. GX, LS and LC screw conveyors are the general conveying equipment with mature and stable technology and gradually standardized.
The screw diameter of GX screw conveyor is 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm. The shortest fuselage is 3 m, the longest is 70 m, and the grade difference is 0.5 m. according to different site needs, the corresponding conveying system can be formed, which is used for one-way transportation with horizontal or inclination angle less than 20 °.
The screw diameter of LS type screw conveyor is 100 ~ 1250mm, including 11 specifications, and the driving mode includes single end drive and double end drive; the length of LS type screw conveyor body is one gear every 0.5m, which can form corresponding conveying system according to different site needs. Like GX screw conveyor, it is used for unidirectional conveying with horizontal or inclination angle less than 20 °.
LC type vertical screw conveyor is suitable for conveying dry materials with powder or granular, small viscosity and loose density between 0.5 and 1.3 vertically or with a large inclination angle. The screw diameter of LC type vertical screw conveyor is 200, 250, 315, etc. the maximum lifting height is generally no more than 8 m, and the body height is one gear every 0.5 m. according to different site needs, the corresponding lifting and conveying system can be formed.
2、 Main technical specifications of LC type vertical screw conveyor

The main features of LS type screw conveyor are as follows
1. Drive device: according to the different assembly forms of reducer, it is divided into two types, which are installed on the left and installed on the right. It transmits the power to the reducer through the elastic coupling with no original power of the motor, and they are placed on a base.
2. Floating coupling: the power is transmitted to the screw machine. Its two half couplings are made of cast steel, and the intermediate plate is made of cast iron, with a cover to ensure safety.
3. Feeding device: it is welded with angle steel and steel plate and fixed on the shell by welding. The position of the feeding port can be changed according to the requirements of the user. There are screw holes at the upper end of the feeding port to connect with other feeding devices.
4. Head section: it is mainly composed of thrust bearing, screw and shell. The thrust bearing is composed of two single row tapered roller bearings. It bears the axial thrust of material moving and the cantilever load of driving device.
5. Shell: including the shell and the cover, it is made of steel plate and angle steel, with care to carry materials and prevent dust from flying out.
6. Suspension bearing: it is a sliding bearing with special structure, which is used to support and connect the screw for normal operation.
7. Screw: it is the working component of pushing materials.
S method: solid screw, pitch equal to 0.8 times the diameter of screw, suitable for conveying powder, granular, small pieces of material.
D method: belt type screw with pitch equal to 1.0 times of screw diameter, suitable for conveying medium block (> 60mm) and sticky, easy to agglomerate materials.
8. Middle section: it is mainly composed of suspension bearing, screw and shell.
9. There are four main parts of the spiral shell and the hanging tail bearing. The flat bearing is used to support the tail screw and compensate for the change of axial length of the whole screw machine.
10. Discharge port: welded by angle steel and steel plate, welded on the shell. The discharging and feeding ports are easy to be pushed by hand, that is, a pulling plate is installed at the lower end of the square outlet to control the feeding situation. The pulling direction of pulling plate can be divided into left installation and right installation according to user's requirements.
