Rigid impeller feeder

1、 Product introduction
? Rigid impeller feeder is commonly known as discharger, also known as ash unloading valve. It is mainly used in power plant, cement plant, chemical plant and other industries for dust removal and dust cleaning, packaging machine and professional conveying and batching system. It can be used for air lock or quantitative feeding when conveying dry powder materials, and can also be used for discharging ash under the ash hopper of dust remover and air heater. It has simple structure, stable performance and convenient operation and maintenance, It is an ideal medium and discharge system.
? The rigid impeller feeder is composed of rotating impeller with lattice chamber, body and new cycloid needle wheel reducer motor. It has small volume, reliable operation, good sealing and wear resistance. The working principle of rigid impeller feeder is that when the impeller is driven by the transmission mechanism and rotates in the body, the powder materials falling from the upper separator (or hopper) will enter into the impeller chamber through the feed port, and then follow the principle of rigid impeller feeder With the rotation of the impeller, it is sent to the discharge port to discharge. In the whole working process, it can continuously and quantitatively feed and discharge.
Rigid impeller feeder is divided into ordinary type, pressure resistant type and high temperature resistant type. The import and export of materials is divided into square opening and round opening
Pressure type: it adopts closed rotor, which can be widely used in suction type, pressure type air conveying system and negative pressure conveying equipment. It can ensure that the air flow pressure in the conveying pipe does not leak, and can safely transport and close materials. Therefore, it is called wanlock air machine in this respect. It can not only withstand pressure, but also has common functions
High temperature resistant type: according to the different temperature rise of material conveying and discharging port, because the temperature and quality have an impact on the expansion of the body, and are unfavorable to the bearing and oil seal system.
Common type: it can be used in normal materials below 80 ℃ and normal temperature. It can supply materials continuously and evenly into the conveying pipe. In the system and separation and dust collection section, it can also be used as a discharge device

Assembly and disassembly method
The installation and disassembly of the rigid impeller feeder only needs to connect the unloader flange with the equipment flange, and the rest does not need any support

1. Remove the bolts between the front end of the cycloid gear and the cycloid gear cover
2. Screw out the fastening bolts of the front cover and pull out the front cover with two quick removal bolts (Note: both sides should be parallel).
3. Screw off the fastening bolts of the rear end cover, pull out the rear end cover and the impeller with two quick removal bolts (Note: both sides should be parallel), remove the bearing cover on the rear end cover, remove the spring retaining ring for the shaft, and gently hammer the blade shaft along the shaft, so that the rear end cover and impeller can be disassembled, and the impeller and impeller are integrated.
4. Remove the elastic blade and pressing plate by unscrewing the fastening bolt on the blade (Note: the elastic blade can be adjusted freely).

When assembling the rigid impeller feeder, proceed in the reverse order of the above disassembly. Pay attention to the following points:
1. Before assembling the cleaned parts, the sliding and rolling surfaces shall be coated with lubricating oil to form the initial lubrication condition. ?
2. In the disassembly, if the felt is damaged, it should be replaced again to avoid oil leakage. Pay attention to adjust the spring tightness of oil resistant rubber sealing ring, and apply grease to ensure good sealing performance.
3. For the adjustment of asbestos packing, our factory has made preliminary adjustment before leaving the factory. If air leakage (material leakage) is found during startup, the sealing gland bolt shall be tightened until there is no air leakage (material leakage). (Note: parallel should be enough, not too tight to avoid damage to the equipment)
4. Adjust the blade. If the air tightness of the equipment decreases during the operation, check whether there is a gap between the blade and the body. If there is a gap, the screw of pressing plate should be unscrewed, the blade should be adjusted to be close to the inner wall of the body, and then the screw can be tightened. Since the blade is in soft contact with the body, it is not necessary to consider being stuck by large particles. ?
After the whole machine is assembled, the fan cover of the motor should be disassembled, and the output shaft should be rotated to understand the rotation of the impeller. If there is no fault, the formal test run can be carried out.
