Ultrasonic vibrating screen

1、 Introduction
The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts the electric energy of 220 V, 50 Hz or 110 V, 60 Hz into 36 kHz high-frequency electric energy, which is input into ultrasonic transducer, and turns it into 36-40 kHz mechanical vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of high-efficiency screening and cleaning, and make the screening of ultra-fine powder easy. A high-frequency, low-frequency ultrasonic screening system is introduced. It is especially suitable for users with high added value and fine separation.
2、 Working principle of ultrasonic vibrating screen

The ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) attached to the screen makes the ultra-fine powder accept the huge ultrasonic acceleration, so as to restrain the blocking factors such as adhesion, friction, leveling and wedging, and improve the screening efficiency and cleaning efficiency.
3、 Characteristics of ultrasonic vibrating screen
It can improve the level drop (light contact between powder and mesh) and slip effect of low-density powder in gravity sedimentation, improve the retention or wedging of high-density metal at the mesh opening, and improve the adhesion effect of electrostatic powder, so as to improve the screening efficiency and screening quality. In general, the passing rate is 50% - 100% higher than that without ultrasonic vibration screen, and 400% in some cases.

The same ultrasonic power supply is used to connect a cleaning transducer. The radiation surface of the ultrasonic transducer contacts with the blocked net surface, and the blockage can be removed by relative displacement. It has the advantages of fast and high efficiency, improving the quality of cleaning screen, not changing the mesh size and not damaging the surface quality of the screen. It can be widely used in test screen and working screen
