Gth, high efficiency bucket
1. GTD and GTH bucket elevators have the characteristics of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, stable operation and long service life. It can be widely used in building materials, chemical industry, coal, electric power, port transportation and other industries. This machine is for mixing or gravity unloading, take out type feeding.
2. GTD type is belt type, with EP conveyor belt and steel cord belt as traction parts. GTH type is ring chain type, with high strength chain as traction part. The chain is manufactured according to GB / t12718-91 "mining high strength circular chain". This equipment has two kinds of hoppers.
(1) BD and DH Type: This is a kind of deep type bucket, which is generally suitable for conveying dry, loose, easy to throw and good fluidity materials, such as cement, coal, gravel, grain and other materials.
(2) Ad and ah type: the bucket is shallower than the deep type bucket, which is generally suitable for poor liquidity. Slightly wet materials, such as sand, coal, chemical raw materials, etc.
3. The head, tail and middle casing of the high efficiency bucket elevator are sealed, so the materials and dust rarely overflow and cause little environmental pollution.
4. GTH type upper wheel is assembled sprocket, and the flange is connected to the wheel body with high-strength steel bolts. After the sprocket is worn, it only needs to change the flange, which is convenient for maintenance, saves raw materials and reduces maintenance costs. The lower wheel is changed to flange wheel, which completely changes the defects of the original double chain wheel, such as high cost and easy to take off chain.
5. The upper wheel of GTD type adopts beveled smooth wheel, which has self centering function and can avoid belt deviation.
6. The lower part of the machine is equipped with material level device and speed controller, which can be made by users according to their needs, so as to achieve the purpose of electric automatic control.
7. There are two kinds of tension devices. For the model with lifting height no more than 25m, screw rod is generally used for tightening; for the model with lifting height greater than 25m, gravity tightening is selected. Please specify the special requirements when ordering.
