According to the requirements of conveying technology, it can be transported by single conveyor, or composed of several sets or combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system to meet the requirements of different layout types It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small pieces of low grinding materials and bagged materials with bulk density less than 1.67/t/m3 and easy to take out, such as coal, gravel, sand, cement, fertilizer, grain, etc. The temperature of the delivered material is less than 60 ℃. Its captain and assembly form can be determined according to the user's requirements. The drive can be driven by electric roller or drive device with driving frame. ?

Belt conveyor, also known as belt conveyor or belt conveyor, is an indispensable economic logistics transportation equipment for rhythmic flow line. Belt conveyor can be divided into heavy belt conveyor, such as mining belt conveyor, light belt conveyor used in electronic plastic, food, light industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. TD75, DT Ⅱ belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, port, transportation, hydropower, chemical industry and other departments because of its large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and strong versatility, For loading, loading, transferring or stacking, the loose density of various bulk materials or finished articles is 500 ~ 2500kg / m3 at normal temperature. Installation and debugging
(1) Before installation, all loose parts shall be inspected and accepted as required, and be familiar with installation, technical requirements and installation process arrangement.

And driving device -- the conveyor belt bypasses the head and tail rollers -- the conveyor belt joint (pay attention to the adjustment of the tensioning device, etc.) -- tighten the conveyor belt -- the sweeper -- the backstop -- the cover for the guide groove, etc.
2. Installation precautions
(1) All rollers, idlers and driving devices shall rotate flexibly after installation.
(2) The preload of the spring should be ensured for the heavy buffer idler.
(3) When connecting the conveyor belt, it is necessary to ensure the tension allowance of the belt expansion device during operation.
(4) The centering idler should be located behind the idler in the running direction of the belt (see Fig. 2).
(5) The sweeper and backstop shall be installed as required to ensure that the materials cleaned by the sweeper can be collected in the middle,
The pressure of spring sweeper should be different.
(6) The upper part of the vertical tension drum should prevent particles from entering and damaging the conveyor belt.
(7) The pressure between the guide chute and the conveyor belt should be appropriate.
(8) The driving device should be adjusted flexibly.

(2) Test run
For the installed belt conveyor, in addition to checking whether the installation meets the installation technical requirements, it is also necessary to check:
A. Whether the internal lubrication of the drum is sufficient or not;
B. Check whether the backstop direction is correct;
C. Whether the limiter of sweeper and other parts is installed correctly;
D. Whether the wiring of electrical signal and control device is correct;
E. After checking, click the machine to see if the running direction is correct.
If all the above checks are correct, two hours of idling can be carried out. During the idling operation, careful observation shall be made and problems found shall be solved in time. Then, the load operation of about one shift shall be carried out. During the commissioning period, the following measures shall be taken:
A. Check that there is no obvious noise on the running parts of the belt conveyor
B. There is no abnormal temperature rise of each bearing;
C. Whether the connection of each connecting piece and bearing seat is firm or not;
D. Cleaning effect of sweeper;
E. The unloading condition of the unloading truck shall not rub with the conveyor belt;
F. The results show that the centering and anti deviation effect of the self-aligning idler;
G. The degree of belt tension;

The belt does not slip when the belt is fully driven and running, and the belt sag between idlers is less than 2.5% of the idler spacing.
(3) Adjust the rubber block position of the guide groove and each sweeper to avoid excessive friction with the conveyor belt.
Maintenance
The main cause of belt conveyor belt breakage and its normal operation and maintenance.
1. The blanking height should be reduced as much as possible to reduce the impact of materials. When the blanking height is more than 1.2m, the material should not be directly impacted on the conveyor belt when designing the guide trough and feeding funnel. When the conveying materials are mixed with large pieces, the small and powdery materials should be allowed to fall on the conveyor belt first through a special inclined grid before the materials arrive at the conveyor belt, and the large materials flow to the small materials, so as to prevent the large materials from directly impacting the conveyor belt. The factors causing the belt deviation must be eliminated in time and adjusted according to the adjustment method mentioned in the previous section to make it not deviate.
3. The belt conveyor should stop after unloading the materials on the belt as far as possible, and start with no-load. When several sets are combined to form a transportation system, the electrical control system for opening and closing successively should also be prepared according to this requirement.
