But in the process of using bucket elevator, the elevator may not play its working performance for some reasons, which requires consumers to pay attention to several aspects in the use process, so as to ensure the normal operation of the elevator.

1. The site lighting of bucket elevator must meet the needs of construction. It is forbidden to use mobile lighting lamps and sun lamps. Safety warning red lights should be set at night in dangerous places. Hand held must be a safe voltage light source. Strengthen the erection and inspection of safety facilities before installation, weld safety piles, pull safety ropes and set safety nets at necessary positions.

2. It is necessary to strengthen the education on the correct use of safety helmet for construction personnel, carry out necessary rewards and punishments, and make eye-catching signs and strict protection measures for the edge of the hole. Test run: after the installation of bucket elevator, the empty car test run should be carried out. Attention should be paid to no reverse and collision. Idling shall not be less than 2 hours without overheating. The temperature rise of bearing shall not exceed 250 ℃ and that of reducer shall not exceed 300 ℃. After idling for 2 hours, the load test run can be carried out if everything is normal. During the test run with load, the feeding should be uniform to prevent excessive feeding and blocking of the lower part of the bucket elevator.

3. In most cases, bucket elevator is used in the open air. As the head of bucket elevator is installed with electric or transmission equipment such as motor and reducer, special attention should be paid to the protection of these parts, so as to prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the maintenance of the equipment. when the bucket elevator is used in the open air, a square cover can be added to it, which is about 1 meter away from the head of the elevator. It can completely cover the head of the elevator, and the focus is on the motor and reducer. Because the motor at the head of the vertical bucket elevator is the power source of the whole equipment, if the top cover is not installed, under the influence of severe weather such as rain or snow, water may enter into the motor, resulting in short circuit. Therefore, it is necessary to install a cover in the open air to ensure that the bucket fighter elevator is not affected by the environment in the open air.

4. Attention should be paid to the problem of motor connecting wire. The wire connected to the motor is outside. After long-term wind and sun exposure, the insulation skin of the connecting wire will be aged. If it is used for a long time, the wire connected to the motor will not be able to bear the high load voltage. If there is a short-circuit connection, it is very easy to burn the motor and even lead to the risk of electric shock. Therefore, the protection measures for the motor connecting wire must be well protected.
