1. The reinjection flow is too large, so that all the materials of the elevator can not flow into the discharge pipe and return to the base, so that the material in the base increases and causes blockage. Solution: reduce backflow
2. In case of sudden shutdown due to power failure or other faults, the quality of lifting branch is different from that of return branch, which causes the elevator to reverse, and the material in the hopper is poured into the base, which is easy to block when the machine is started again. Solution: install a backstop on one side of the main shaft of the hoist to prevent the hoist from reversing.
3. The slip of the belt reduces the lifting capacity of the elevator and increases the material in the frame to form a blockage. Solution: increase the tension to prevent the tape from slipping.
4. Solutions for blocking caused by large foreign matters entering the frame. In order to prevent accidents, a protective grid is installed at the feed inlet of the bucket elevator.
